How to track your kilometres using Strava
Download Strava App and set up your account
Login to your dashboard - choose my Fitness Activity
Click Connect Your Preferred Fitness App - Strava
Follow the prompts to connect your app
Once you have gone through the above steps your Strava is set up and you can start tracking your KMs!
When you start each ride, select 'Start your workout' in the app on your phone.
Once you finish your workout, save your workout and your distance will be published to your page. If you have synced your app already but it is not working, please log in and re-connect it.

The details of your ride will show on your fundraising page
