Autism rules#

My foster daughter Shari  has severe autism  disorder  and is non verbal  most of the time,  she sometimes can be vocal  and tries to talk, although having global developmental delays inhibits her to speak, so having myself to support her and  also therapy s she is enjoying.

I also am a support/companion worker for Mable, and I also travel students to school who go to Aspects Macarthur satellite school Clancy  which I enjoy.

I'm riding foster daughter who has a severe autism and global development delay and is non verbal who does use sign language to communicate at most of times she has been diagnosed since she was 3 yrs old now she is 10 yrs old and has lots

I’m riding for autism to help create a world where no-one on the autism spectrum is left behind.

I've set my challenge and I'll be riding from Sunday 4 - 11 July while raising much needed funds to support people on the autism spectrum.

An estimated 1 in every 70 people is on the spectrum. Along with their family members, this means autism is a part of daily life for over a million Australians.

People on the spectrum see, hear, feel and experience the world differently. For many, simply coping with the everyday can lead to confusion, anxiety and isolation.

By coming together and taking action, we can help provide opportunities for people on the autism spectrum to participate, engage and thrive in the world around them.
