My target 50 kms

Slow Start :(

Unfortunately it was a late and slow start for me in the Ride for Autism. Mechanical issues with the ShredSled meant that hitting the trails was a bit sketchy (functioning brakes are important)

With said issues resolved I’ve been able to get two rides in and see what the new bike is made of. So far I haven’t found the limit and can say this thing is like a bucking bronco cross with a lounge chair. It’s not the easiest bike to pedal, but that challenge is nothing compared to what people with autism have to deal with every day.

You smash my fundraising goal!

Thanks everyone for blasting past my initial goal of raising $500. You did it in less than 36 hours.

It’s time to up the ante. With so much support and so fast, I’ve increased my goal to $1500.

If you can’t make a donation, please share this with everyone you know.

For those that don’t know, our little nephew has autism. It can be seriously tough for him and his family, but despite that, he’s a rad little dude!

I’m riding for autism to help create a world where no-one on the autism spectrum is left behind.

I've set my challenge and I'll be riding from Sunday 4 - 11 July while raising much needed funds to support people on the autism spectrum.

An estimated 1 in every 70 people is on the spectrum. Along with their family members, this means autism is a part of daily life for over a million Australians.

People on the spectrum see, hear, feel and experience the world differently. For many, simply coping with the everyday can lead to confusion, anxiety and isolation.

By coming together and taking action, we can help provide opportunities for people on the autism spectrum to participate, engage and thrive in the world around them.

Help make my ride count and show your support by donating today!

Well done Clint, top job mate.

Thank you for doing this. Stay safe and keep up your fulid intake. Hydralyte or equivalent will help replace some of the salts etc, that you'll loose through sweating. Good luck.

Keep up the good work Clint
