Nurse Naughty and the Superheroes

Wow, what an awesome day our Ride for Autism was for so many reasons. 

Firstly, we made it! We did start a little later than hoped, and had a couple of minor mechanical hiccups, like my seat deciding to turn 90 degrees while I rested on the fence, and my helmet popping it's fitting clip as I unsuccessfully tried to climb a monster hill..... OK, it was just a small incline. 

But, it was a great day with Puffing Billy chugging past us at Ringwood Lake as we left, Pete playing his tunes as we showed off our horrible singing voices, and someone making up words to the songs while riding along on our 25klm ride around the Eastern suburbs. Then, we finished off with a BBQ feast prepared by the Spiderman Onesies duo back at Ringwood Lake with a yarn or two and plenty of laughs with the Nurse Naughty and the Superhero support team. 

Thanks to everyone involved and a HUGE THANK YOU to Pete, Dannii and Lorraine for all of your help. I couldn't have done it without you. 😘

We are in costume and ready to ride! Nurse Naughty and the Superheroes will be riding from Ringwood Lake starting at 10am on 10th of July 2021 and venturing around the surrounding suburbs for 25klms before ending up back at Ringwood Lake 

for a yummy Sausage Sizzle at the end of it. Come and join in the fun or donate for this great cause here.
